Let me tell you about my Shul! I love Temple Beth Sholom. These are not simply the words of a Membership VP, but those of a lifetime member. You could say that I joined when I was six months old - the age at which my family moved to Manchester. I saw my first Shofar blown, had my Bat Mitzvah, danced my first hora, met and married my husband, had our daughter's baby-naming, watched her become Bat Mitzvah and in two short years will watch our twin boys become B'nai-Mitzvot, all under the three roofs of Temple Beth Sholom. If you look at the building, there are three roofs, each of a different height. The lowest is the social hall, the next highest is the school and the highest is the Sanctuary. Each area is a vibrant center of Jewish life.
The community of our synagogue is diverse. We have old and young, single and married, with children and without, wealthy and unemployed, multi-generational families and Jews married to non-Jews. There is something for everyone here. We are a warm and caring family that embraces all of its members.
Please contact me to discuss Temple Beth Sholom. I love talking about my Shul.
