Music has always been at the heart of Jewish life — from the songs of our ancestors to the melodies that fill our sanctuary today. United in Music is a new Hadar Community group that explores how music unites us, infuses prayer with meaning, and helps us experience Jewish text with fresh ears.

We’ll draw on traditional nigunim, contemporary melodies, and a few surprises from across Jewish life. No musical background is needed — just a willingness to listen, sing (a little or a lot), and bring your whole self. Hadar’s mission is to empower Jews to create and sustain vibrant, practicing, egalitarian Jewish communities of Torah, Avodah, and Hesed.
