Walk the Walk & Talk the Talk

During the month of Elul I will offer three opportunities to refine our knowledge and performance of Jewish customs and practices for home and Synagogue.

Whether you feel your level of Yiddishkeit is expert, novice, or somewhere in between, you will enjoy the hands-on practicums that will mark a month of preparation for this year’s High Holiday season.

On the Bimah

Wednesday, August 27 at 7:30pm

with Aaron Samuels and Rabbi Daniel

We will focus on Hagbah (lifting the Torah), taking an Aliyah, and other things we do on the Bimah.

In the Pews

Wednesday, September 3 at 7:30pm

This session will focus on what happens in the pews—choreography and liturgy.

In your Home

Tuesday, September 9th at 7:30pm

Our last session will focus on bringing Judaism to life at your home.
