Hebrew School

The Rabbi Leon Wind Religious School (RLWRS) is not just an average Hebrew School…it’s a community! In our close-knit group of students, teachers, and parents, we foster a strong Jewish identity through an understanding and appreciation of the heritage, history, cultures & traditions, languages, and music of the Jewish people.

Along with learning the basic skills needed to participate in Jewish communal life, our students have the opportunity to explore what it means to be Jewish and to develop a sense of their own Jewish identities.

RLWRS values egalitarianism and pluralism. And even though we are part of a Conservative synagogue, our school welcomes families from all Jewish backgrounds regardless of race, family religious history or sexual orientation.  In short…we’re a Hebrew School for Everyone!
