Rabbi Daniel Victor

Rabbi Daniel is an engaging and inspiring resource of creativity and Jewish knowledge.  His professional experiences include having been part of the Davening Leadership Training Institute’s 2014 cohort of spiritual practitioners, studying storytelling with renowned story-teller Yitzhak Buxbaum, and working at multiple Jewish camps, including Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake, Tel Yehudah, and Ramah’s Berkshires, New England, and Nyack. Working from within Jewish community and engaging people in Jewish life has always been a true calling for that is where one finds joy, comfort, meaning, music, and shared sacred purpose.

Excited to be serving the Connecticut region once again, Rabbi Daniel seeks to bring his passion for Jewish living and love of Am Yisrael to Beth Sholom B’nai Israel.  He is grateful for all the friendship and support of the congregation, and looks forward to working collaboratively with the synagogue membership to develop ways of enhancing traditional and alternative spiritual practices.

A lover of the outdoors and a native of Newton, MA (Yes, he is a Boston Sports fan), Rabbi Victor has a son, Max, and a daughter, Noa.
