Eicha/Lamentations can be found in any complete Jewish Bible alongside the books of Esther, Ruth and Kohelet. It is also online at Sefaria.
    Services on Tisha B’Av morning and afternoon will be with Beth El Temple in West Hartford. Sunday, August 7th at 8:45am for Shacharit and at 1:30pm for community Mincha service.
